Cavaliers go for five in a row vs. Grizzlies

Feb 24, 2009 - 11:20 AM Memphis (15-40) at Cleveland (43-11) 7:00 p.m. EST

CLEVELAND (Ticker) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers own the best home record in the NBA. They do not figure to add another blemish at Quicken Loans Arena when they host one of league's worst road teams.

The Memphis Grizzlies visit Cleveland Tuesday as the Cavaliers go for their fifth straight win and 26th of the season on their home court.

Cleveland had won its first 23 home games before dropping a 101-91 decision to the Los Angeles Lakers on February 8 to snap the skid.

After a rebound victory over Phoenix in its first home game since, Cleveland enjoyed the return of Delonte West Sunday in a 99-78 win over Detroit. West had missed the previous 16 games with a wrist injury, but showed no ill effects while pouring in 25 points on 10-of-14 from the field.

LeBron James added 20 points and nine assists and Wally Szczerbiak scored 15 points off the bench for the Cavaliers.

The Grizzlies are coming off a 115-106 loss to Sacramento on Friday. O.J. Mayo led the way with 24 points and Rudy Gay added 23 and 10 rebounds.

Memphis has lost four in a row and is tied with Oklahoma City for an NBA-worst three road wins. The Grizzlies play eight of their next 10 away from home.
