From that point, the lead changed hands eight times until Turner's jumper with less than seven minutes to go before the break sparked an 11-2 run by Texas A&M to help them take a 38-27 lead at the half.

ULM dominated the first portion of the second half, opening the frame with an 11-3 run before tying the game at 43 on a pair of Fabio Ribeiro free throws with under 15 minutes remaining in the game.

But Texas A&M scored the next 11 points and after the Warhawks got back within five at 54-49 with 5 1/2 minutes left in regulation, Middleton scored eight straight points to put the game away.
