Dec 20, 2006 - 4:07 PM No. 15 LSU (6-2) at No. 17 Washington (8-1) 10:30 pm ESTSEATTLE (Ticker) -- Glen "Big Baby" Davis has been a terror this season, and the Washington Huskies have to figure out how to stop him when they host Louisiana State on Wednesday.
The 6-9, 289-pound Davis has four double-doubles in a row, and is averaging 20.1 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. The junior forward continued his fine play as the 15th-ranked Tigers posted a 60-53 victory at Oregon state on Sunday.
Davis scored 22 points and grabbed 13 rebounds while Garrett Temple added 17 points for the Tigers, who have won four of their last five games.
The 17th-ranked Huskies, who have also won four of their last five, come off an easy 105-73 win over Portland State on Saturday. It was Washington's first game since they were embarrassed in a 97-77 loss at Gonzaga on December 9.
Justin Dentmon led the Huskies with 18 points while Quincy Pondexter and Spencer Hawes each added 16. Washington shot 60 percent from the field while holding Portland State to 36 percent shooting.
