Texas A&M goes for 16th straight home win

The No. 11 Aggies could have a tough time against Winthrop, which has qualified for the NCAA Tournament the past two years and has lost to three ranked teams already this season.
Texas A&M pounded Grambling State, 101-27, at home on Thursday as it topped 100-point mark for the first time this season.
Josh Carter led the Aggies with 24 points and tied a school record with eight 3-pointers.
Winthrop edged Old Dominion 71-65 on Friday for its fourth straight victory. Torrell Martin led the Eagles with 15 points.
