Cal State-Fullerton tops Hope International 93-57
Nov 15, 2009 - 4:49 AM FULLERTON, Calif.(AP) -- Orane Chin had 18 points and five rebounds to lead Cal State-Fullerton past Hope International 93-57 Saturday night.Chin was the game-leading scorer. Three Titans, Aaron Thompson, Jer'Vaughn Johnson and Devon Peltier added 10 points each.
It was the season opener for the Titans, who shot 61.5 percent from the field and 55.6 percent from three-point range, compared with 40.4 percent and 27.3 percent for the Royals.
Brian Tollette led the Royals with 15 points and five rebounds. Ryan Sewitsky had 11 points and one rebound, and Marcellus Cullors added 10 points and three rebounds.
