Feb 25, 2007 - 4:41 PM No. 17 Duke (21-7) at St Johns (15-13) 2:00 pm EST

NEW YORK (Ticker) -- Duke hopes to emerge victorious from Madison Square Garden.

The 17th-ranked Blue Devils take a break from Atlantic Coast Conference play Sunday when they visit St. John's.

The Blue Devils (21-7) have won their last three games since a four-game skid and have climbed back into the national rankings.

Duke posted a 71-66 victory over Clemson on Thursday in its last contest. DeMarcus Nelson led the Blue Devils with 16 points.

Sunday's contest marks the eighth straight season the two teams have met. St. John's has not beaten Duke since winning here on March 2, 2003.

St. John's (15-13) has lost two games in a row, including Wednesday's 72-48 drubbing at the hands of Louisville.
