Eastern Washington routs D-III member George Fox 126-64

(AP) Venky Jois scored 18 of his 29 points in the first half and Eastern Washington rolled to a 126-64 rout of Division III member George Fox on Sunday night.The Eagles (1-1) bounced back after blowing a 10-point, second half lead in a 106-88 loss to Mississippi State in their opener on Friday.
Jois, the preseason MVP of the Big Sky Conference, was 13 of 15 from the field, including six dunks. Bogdan Bliznyuk scored 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Eagles.
Eastern Washington's Austin McBroom added 19 points with a career-high 10 assists, surpassing his previous high of six he had against NCAA-tournament-bound Indiana State in December 2013.
Jacoby Wolfe scored 19 points on 8-of-8 shooting, and was 3 of 5 from the line to lead George Fox.
The Eagles 126 points surpassed the previous school record of 124 against Eastern Montana in 1969.
