The No. 9 Cougars shoot for their third win in as many games this season when they host Idaho on Friday.
Washington State entered the season with the highest preseason ranking in school history and has four starters back from last season's 26-win team, which took the school to its first NCAA tournament in 12 years.

Two mainstays from last season's team - senior guards Derrick Low and Kyle Weaver - spurred the comeback against Boise State. Low tallied 24 of his 26 points in the second half and Weaver finished with 19 points for the Cougars.
The Vandals will meet their second straight ranked opponent after 14th-ranked Gonzaga handed them a 80-43 defeat on Tuesday.
Idaho will need production from junior guards Brandon Brown and Trevor Morris, who combined for 22 of the team's points in the loss against the Bulldogs.
