PITTSBURGH (Ticker) - Pittsburgh will not have to travel far for its first road game of the season.

Sam Young will try to lead ninth-ranked Pittsburgh to its eighth straight victory when they visit Duquesne on Wednesday in the "City Game."

It will mark the 76th meeting between the two schools with the Panthers winning six straight and 25 of the previous 28. With a win Wednesday night, Pittsburgh will start a season 8-0 for the sixth consecutive time.

Young and freshman forward DeJuan Blair both registered double-doubles as Pittsburgh cruised to a 78-52 triumph over Toledo on Saturday. Young finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Blair added 11 and 11.

Young leads the Panthers with 18.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game this season. The junior forward is shooting 63 percent (50-of-79) from the field and 56 percent (9-of-16) from the arc.

The Dukes are coming off their first loss of the season, a 77-73 setback to Drake on Saturday. Duquesne has been led by Kojo Mensah, who is averaging 16.4 points.
