Sizzling Villanova looks to top century mark yet again

Villanova has reached 100 points in its last two games, including a 103-75 victory over Hartford on December 14. The Wildcats, who also posted a 101-93 win over Temple five days earlier, have not reached the century mark in three straight games since the 1969-70 season.
While they are fourth in the Big East Conference in scoring at 82.6 points per game, the Wildcats are surrendering 70.8 points - good for 13th in the league.
Villanova is facing a Columbia team that averages just 61.1 points to rank seventh in the eight-team Ivy League.
The Lions have been off since an 83-64 win over St. Francis (NY) on December 10. Ben Nwachukwu led the way, collecting 21 points and 16 rebounds.
