UC Davis final non-conference opponent for UCLA

LOS ANGELES (Ticker) - UC Davis heads into Saturday's game at No. 5 UCLA having lost 12 consecutive road games.

The game will mark the final non-conference contest for the Bruins, who have won four consecutive games by an average of 23 points since their only loss of the season against Texas.

UCLA is coming off a 69-54 win last Saturday at Michigan. Freshman star Kevin Love had 17 points and 16 rebounds for the Bruins, while junior forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute had 12 points and 13 boards.

Love leads five UCLA players in scoring at 16.7 points per game. Junior swingman Josh Shipp averages 14.8 points, junior guard Darren Collison 12.5, sophomore guard Russell Westbrook 11.7 and Mbah a Moute 10.1.

The Aggies, who have already matched last year's win total, are led by junior guard Vince Oliver at 13.1 points per game.

This is the first meeting between the two teams.
