Unbeaten Washington State faces Washington in Pac-10 opener

The Huskies come into the contest averaging 78.2 points. However, Cougars allow only 49.7 points per game.
Senior guard Derrick Low averages a team-high 13.1 points for the Cougars, who are looking to beat the Huskies six straight times for the first time since 1941-42.
Washington enters in the midst of a season-high six-game winning streak. The Huskies are coming off Monday's 82-50 rout of Idaho State.
Junior forward Jon Brockman leads the Huskies at 18.8 points and 11 rebounds per game. Senior guard Ryan Appleby averages 13.0 points.
