Jan 13, 2008 - 2:31 PM No. 23 Stanford (13-2) at Oregon (11-4) 4:30 pm EST

EUGENE, Oregon (Ticker) -- Two teams going for their third consecutive Pac-10 Conference wins clash on Sunday when No. 23 Stanford visits Oregon.

The Cardinal (13-2, 2-1 Pac-10) rebounded from a home loss to No. 5 UCLA with victories over Southern California and Oregon State in the past week.

The contest matches up two teams with contrasting styles as the Ducks lead the Pac-10 in scoring at 83.1 points per game, while the Cardinal are holding opponents to 56.1 points per contest.

Stanford held Oregon State without a 3-pointer in eight attempts in Thursday's victory. Oregon leads the Pac-10 in made shots from the arc at 8.2 per contest.

The Cardinal are led by Brook Lopez, who leads the team with 15.2 points and 7.8 rebounds in his six games since returning from academic suspension earlier this season.

The Ducks (11-4, 2-1), meanwhile, lost their opener at Arizona State but have won their next two games against Arizona and California.

The Ducks have five players scoring in double figures with Malik Hairston leading the way at 18.4 per contest. The senior is averaging 21.8 over his last four games.

Stanford has won 10 of the past 12 meetings with Oregon but the teams split two contests last season.
