Tennessee puts 26-game home streak on line vs. Georgia

The Volunteers (16-2, 3-1 SEC) had an 11-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday with a 72-66 loss at Kentucky. Tennessee made only three field goals in the final 10 minutes and was held to its lowest scoring output of the season.
The Volunteers have a 26-game home winning streak on the line against Georgia on Saturday before hitting the road for SEC games at Alabama and Mississippi State.
Senior guards JaJuan Smith and Chris Lofton averages 14.4 and 13.8 points, respectively, for Tennessee.
Sophomore forward Tyler Smith averages 12.8 points and 5.9 rebounds for the Volunteers, who are forcing an average of 20.3 turnovers per game.
Georgia (11-5, 2-1) is just 85-51 in the all-time series but is coming off consecutive home victories over Alabama and Arkansas. Junior guard Billy Humphrey averages 14.1 points and senior guard Sundiata Gaines 12.8 for the Bulldogs.
