LINCOLN, Nebraska (Ticker) -- No. 25 Creighton looks for its eighth straight regular-season win over Nebraska on Saturday when the intrastate rivals square off at Devaney Center.

The Bluejays won despite shooting just 39 percent (26-of-66), including 2-of-13 from the arc. They made up for it by holding a 47-33 rebounding advantage and forcing 22 turnovers.

Nebraska opened its season with a 76-62 triumph against Nebraska-Omaha on Tuesday as Aleks Maric scored 29 points on 11-of-18 shooting and also pulled down 10 rebounds.

Jamel White added 18 points for the Cornhuskers, who shot a blistering 56 percent (26-of-46) and held a 31-25 advantage on the boards.
