Ohio State seeks sixth straight win vs. Youngstown

With a matchup with No. 2 North Carolina looming Wednesday, the Buckeyes seek their fifth straight victory Friday when they host Youngstown State.
Playing without highly-touted freshman Greg Oden, Ohio State, which is outscoring its opponents by almost 25 points per game, is shooting 53 percent from the field and 41.7 from the arc.
Oden is expected to be out until January with a wrist injury.
In Ohio State's 82-60 romp against San Francisco on Monday, freshmen guards Daequan Cook and Mike Conley led the way. Cook scored 20 points in 21 minutes and Conley, Oden's high school teammate, had 12 points, nine assists and six rebounds.
Prior to the Dons, VMI, Loyola Chicago, Kent State and Eastern Kentucky fell victim to Ohio State.
The Penguins will try to snap the Buckeyes' 24th straight home win over an unranked, non-conference opponent.
Youngstown State is coming off a 65-56 loss at Michigan on Wednesday. Keston Roberts scored 18 points for the Penguins, who could not overcome an early 11-1 deficit despite holding the Wolverines to one point in the final six minutes of the game.
