Miami hopes for more offense against Robert Morris

CORAL GABLES, Florida (Ticker) -- Looking for another strong effort on the offensive end, 25th-ranked Miami can win its third straight contest when it takes on Robert Morris on Sunday.

The Hurricanes have scored 70 or more points in six games, including three of the last four.

Five of the Hurricanes' six wins - and eight of their last nine overall dating back to last season - have been by double figures. In six victories, Miami has won by an average of 21.2 points - including a season-high, 36-point margin in the 96-60 season-opening win over Florida Southern.

Senior guard Jack McClinton, a first-team all-ACC selection, is the Hurricanes' leading scorer at 15.2 points per game. Junior forward Dwayne Collins has also been solid, averaging 11.1 points and a team-best 8.9 rebounds.

Robert Morris is coming off an 81-70 victory over Long Island on December 6. The Colonials are led by senior guard Jeremy Chappell, who is averaging 16.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
