Hansbrough, UNC look to keep rolling

RENO, Nevada (Ticker) -- North Carolina has passed all tests so far this season, and it's doing it with ease.

The top-ranked Tar Heels look to stay unbeaten when they visit Nevada on Wednesday.

North Carolina has won its first 12 games for the second straight year and have done it with a 26.8 point margin of victory.

Tyler Hansbrough scored 26 points and Ty Lawson added 19 as the Tar Heels cruised to a 97-75 victory over Rutgers on Sunday.

The school's all-time leading scorer, Hansbrough has six straight 20-point games. The senior leads five Tar Heels in double figures at 23.1 points per game.

Nevada will have to find a way to slow down North Carolina, which comes into the game averaging 95.8 points per game - which is second in the nation to Virginia Military's 99.3.

Armon Johnson is scoring 15 points per game to lead the Wolfpack, who are coming off a 68-63 victory over Idaho Sate on Saturday.

Nevada, which is scoring 69.9 points per game this season, lost at then-No. 1 North Carolina, 106-70, last season.
