KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Having fallen out of the Top 25 due to its recent struggles, things do not get any easier for Gonzaga against a team that may be out for revenge.

The Bulldogs look to snap a three-game losing streak when they visit No. 25 Tennessee on Wednesday.

Gonzaga ended 2008 with four losses in its last five games, including surprising defeats to Portland State at home and a 66-65 setback at Utah on December 31.

The Volunteers, who are coming off a 92-85 loss at Kansas on Saturday, were defeated by the Bulldogs, 83-74, in the Old Spice Classic championship on November 30.

Steven Gray scored 19 points and Matt Bouldin added 17 in that win by Gonzaga, which is 1-2 on the road this season. The Bulldogs shot 11-of-20 from the arc in the triumph.

Josh Heytvelt is averaging 14.9 points per contest to lead Gonzaga.

Tyler Smith is scoring 17.3 points per game to lead Tennessee. The junior had 21 in the Volunteers' setback on Saturday.

Tennessee is 5-0 at Thompson-Boling Arena this season.
