PHOENIX (Ticker) - Gonzaga has one big victory over a ranked team this season and looks for another on Saturday.

The 21st-ranked Bulldogs try to win for the eighth time in nine contests when they meet No. 25 Texas in the Basketball Hall of Fame Challenge.

The only two games Gonzaga has played away from home was on a neutral court in the NIT Season Tip-Off at Madison Square Garden in New York City. After defeating North Carolina in the semifinals, the Bulldogs suffered their only defeat to Butler.

Gonzaga extended the nation's longest home-court winning streak to 44 in Thursday's 69-51 victory over Portland State.

Derek Raivio scored 20 points and Josh Heytvelt added 17 with 10 rebounds for the Bulldogs, who shot just 41 percent (21-of-51) from the floor and posted a 38-36 rebounding edge. Gonzaga has not been outrebounded this season.

One of three schools to reach the regional semifinals of the NCAA Tournament in four of the last five seasons, Texas extended its winning streak to three with relatively easy victories over Nicholls State and Texas Southern.

Kevin Durant, who has topped 20 points in all six games, scored 22 and A.J. Abrams added 20 for the Longhorns, who had a 43-35 edge off the boards.

Gonzaga won the only previous encounter over Texas, 67-64, at the 2001 Great Alaska shootout.
