Jan 18, 2009 - 6:29 AM St. John's (10-6) at No. 22 Villanova (13-3), 12:00 p.m. EST

VILLANOVA, Pennsylvania (Ticker) -- Villanova has had a long time to think about what could have been in its last game.

The 22nd-ranked Wildcats will try and get back into the win column when they host St. John's on Sunday.

Villanova (13-3, 1-2 Big East) has not played since a hard-fought 61-60 setback to Louisville on January 10. Three players had a look at the basket in the final seconds and Antonio Pena went 1-for-6 from the foul line in the final five minutes of the loss. Meanwhile, Louisville is 4-0 in the Big East after upsetting No. 1 Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Dante Cunningham is averaging 17.4 points and 7.8 rebounds to lead the Wildcats, who travel to fourth-ranked Connecticut on Wednesday.

St. John's (10-6, 1-3) has lost two straight and five of its past six games.

D.J. Kennedy is averaging 13.3 points and 7.1 rebounds and Paris Horne is scoring 13.2 per contest to lead the Red Storm, who were defeated by Connecticut, 67-55, on Thursday.
