Mar 2, 2014 - 2:15 AM Storrs, CT (SportsNetwork.com) - Breanna Stewart scored 20 points with 10 rebounds as top-ranked Connecticut dominated No. 24 Rutgers, 72-35.Bria Hartley also scored 20 points, while Stefanie Dolson had six points and 10 rebounds for the Huskies (30-0, 17-0 AAC), who won at least a share of the first American Athletic Conference regular-season title.
No. 3 Louisville is a game back of Connecticut and the two teams will meet in Louisville on Monday.
Betnijah Laney scored 14 points with nine rebounds, while Tyler Scaife added eight points for the Scarlet Knights (21-7, 12-5), who have dropped two of their last three.
Holding an eight-point lead, UConn created some distance with 10 straight points as Hartley's 3-pointer made it a 26-8 game.
The Huskies took a 45-20 lead into the break, and were never threatened in the second half.
