Cal outlasts UCLA in OT
Jan 7, 2008 - 12:58 AM LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- Natasha Vital scored 18 points and Devanei Hampton added 16 to lead No. 10 California to a 73-70 overtime victory over UCLA in the Pac-10 Conference on Sunday.Vital hit a pair of free throws to provide the final margin and Hampton scored three points in overtime for Cal (13-2, 4-0 Pac-10). Alexis Gray-Lawson scored three of her 14 points to open overtime and Ashley Walker had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Golden Bears.
Lindsey Pluimer scored 16 points and Darxia Morris had 14 for UCLA (7-8, 2-2).
