Lacey, Ezell lead Iowa State past Oklahoma State

Feb 18, 2008 - 2:04 AM STILLWATER, Oklahoma (Ticker) -- Alison Lacey scored 15 points and Heather Ezell hit the go-ahead free throws with 41.1 seconds left to help Iowa State to a 62-57 victory over No. 15 Oklahoma State on Sunday in a Big 12 Conference contest.

The Cowgirls (20-4, 8-3 Big 12) used a 7-0 run to take a 54-52 lead with 2:08 remaining. But the Cyclones (16-8, 5-6) closed the game with a 10-3 run to post their fourth win in their last five games.

Lacey hit a free throw and Ezell hit a pair to put Iowa State up, 55-54, and the Cyclones held off the Cowgirls by making their last five attempts from the line.

Andrea Riley scored 18 points for Oklahoma State, which was outrebounded, 38-26.
