Jan 3, 2013 - 3:45 AM Fort Worth, TX (Sports Network) - Brittney Griner had 24 points and 12 rebounds and No. 2 Baylor routed TCU, 74-35, in the Big 12 opener for both teams.Odyssey Sims netted 14 points and Brooklyn Pope added 12 for the Lady Bears (11-1, 1-0 Big 12), who used a 20-0 run in the opening half to win their ninth straight game.
Donielle Breaux and Natalie Ventress poured in seven points apiece to lead the Horned Frogs (7-5, 0-1).
Baylor held TCU to just a 21 percent clip (13-of-62) from the field.
