Sims, Baylor rout Texas Tech
Feb 13, 2013 - 3:32 AM Waco, TX (Sports Network) - Odyssey Sims had 18 points and five assists in No. 1 Baylor's 89-47 rout of Texas Tech.Brittney Griner tallied 10 points, 11 rebounds, seven blocks and five assists for the Lady Bears (23-1, 13-0 Big 12), who have won 21 games in a row and 52 straight at home.
Chynna Brown netted 15 points to lead the Lady Raiders (18-7, 8-5).
Baylor led 46-26 at the half and Sims capped a 19-0 Lady Bears run with a jumper to make it 65-28 a little over four minutes into the second stanza.
Baylor cruised the rest of the way.
