Final
California uses strong second half to sink Princeton
Dec 9, 2007 - 2:07 AM PRINCETON, New Jersey (Ticker) -- Kelsey Adrian had 13 points and nine rebounds as No. 12 California pulled away from Princeton, 68-42, on Saturday.The Bears (8-1) led by seven points at the half but outscored the Tigers, 41-20, in the second half, holding Princeton to just 8-of-25 shooting (32 percent) after intermission.
Lauren Greif and Devanei Hampton each added nine points for California, who also outrebounded Princeton, 49-26, for the game.
Meagan Cowher scored 14 points to lead the Tigers (3-7), who were outscored, 35-5, by the Bears bench and shot just 2-of-11 from the arc.
