Indiana upsets Ohio State in overtime
Feb 26, 2008 - 5:54 AM BLOOMINGTON, Indiana (Ticker) -- Jamie Braun scored 19 points to lead Indiana to a 69-61 overtime victory over No. 20 Ohio State in a Big Ten Conference matchup on Monday.The Hoosiers (16-12, 9-7 Big Ten) took a 54-52 lead late in regulation but the Buckeyes forced overtime on a layup by Jantel Lavender with 29 seconds to play.
Kim Roberson scored 15 points, Whitney Thomas had 14 and Jori Davis added 11 for Indiana, which was 21-of-24 from the free-throw line while Ohio State was 6-of-8.
Tamarah Riley led Ohio State with 15 points and 16 rebounds and Marscilla Packer added 14 points for Ohio State (20-7, 11-5).
