Eastern Kentucky beats Tennessee-Martin 31-25

Oct 18, 2009 - 12:05 AM RICHMOND, Ky.(AP) -- Ken Walker scored on a 2-yard touchdown run with 1:18 to play as Eastern Kentucky capitalized on Tennessee-Martin's fifth turnover in a 31-25 win on Saturday.

Walker's score gave the Colonials (4-2, 4-1 Ohio Valley Conference) a 31-19 lead after Bryant Milligan fumbled on a punt return and Patrick McClellan recovered on the Skyhawks' 4-yard line.

Eastern Kentucky opened with a 14-0 lead after Garnett Phelps caught a 45-yard touchdown pass from T.J. Pryor with 41 seconds left in the first quarter.

Phelps finished with 118 yards and a touchdown on seven catches. Pryor was 19 of 33 for 235 yards and two touchdowns for the Colonials, who haven't lost to Tennessee-Martin in the teams' 20 meetings.

Cade Thompson was 30 of 44 with 334 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions for the Skyhawks (2-4, 1-2).
