Arkansas-Pine Bluff tops Edward Waters 38-12

Oct 25, 2009 - 12:53 AM PINE BLUFF, Ark.(AP) -- Quarterback Josh Boudreaux threw for two touchdowns and ran for one more Saturday in Arkansas-Pine Bluff's 38-12 win over Edward Waters.

Boudreaux went six for 15 for 149 yards, including touchdown passes of 30 and 39 yards.

Pine Bluff (4-2) was dominant on the ground, outrunning Edward Waters (0-8) 211 yards to 71. Running back Dhabion Woodfin led the ground game with 88 yards rushing and a TD.

Most of Pine Bluff's scoring came in the second half, including a 36-yard fumble recovery by James Harrell for a touchdown and a 43-yard filed goal by Carlos Reyes.

Jonath Johnson caught four passes for 68 yards and a touchdown for Edward Waters, and Trentt Stewart had 16 carries for 62 yards and a touchdown.
