Arkansas State rallies for 37-16 victory

Oct 23, 2010 - 9:15 PM JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) -- Anthony Robinson scored two touchdowns and Adrian Hills had a pair of interceptions, one he returned for a touchdown, as Arkansas State scored 28 fourth-quarter points to defeat Florida Atlantic 37-16 Saturday.

The Red Wolves (3-5, 3-2 Sun Belt) trailed 16-9 before Robinson scored on a 28-yard pass from Ryan Aplin with 12:50 remaining. On Florida Atlantic's next possession, Hills intercepted Jeff Van Camp and returned it 37 yards to give Arkansas State the lead for good, 23-16, with 9:23 left.

It was the first of three straight turnovers by Florida Atlantic (1-5, 0-3) that the Red Wolves turned into three touchdowns in a span of 2 minutes and 11 seconds.

A fumble recovery by Brandon Joiner set up a 1-yard run by Jermaine Robertson and a 30-16 lead, and Robinson's 4-yard run capped the scoring.

Robinson had eight catches for 88 yards and a TD. Aplin passed for 230 yards and added 76 yards rushing.
