Scheible's 3 TDs lead SE Missouri to 40-21 win

Oct 23, 2010 - 10:22 PM CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -- Matt Scheible threw three touchdown passes, Henry Harris rushed for 109 yards and a TD, and Southeast Missouri ran its winning streak to seven with a 40-21 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Saturday.

Nathan Grass ran for a score and caught a TD pass for the Redhawks (7-1, 6-0 Ohio Valley), who last won seven straight in 1975.

Orlandus Harris caught seven passes for 112 yards and a TD, and Jeremy Caldwell returned a kickoff 98 yards for a score for the Colonels (2-5, 1-2), who lost their eighth straight road game and for the first time in 10 meetings in Cape Girardeau.

Scheible had TD passes of 34 and 51 yards in the first quarter to help Southeast Missouri take a 20-0 lead.

Grass scored both his touchdowns in the second half, on a 7-yard run and a 23-yard pass.
