Boston College C Baker out for season
Sep 10, 2017 - 1:13 AM Boston College senior center Jon Baker, who had started a team-high 27 consecutive games, will miss the rest of the season because of a knee injury, the school announced Saturday morning.Baker suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of the Eagles' season-opening victory at Northern Illinois. He has not redshirted and could return for the 2018 season.
Baker, a team captain, had played in 36 consecutive games before that streak ended Saturday when Boston College played Wake Forest.
