Dec 16, 2013 - 2:16 AM Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - E.J. Manuel completed 17-of-24 passes for 193 yards with two touchdowns and rushed for another score to lead the Buffalo Bills in a 27-20 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Robert Woods had five catches for 82 yards and a touchdown and Frank Summers caught three passes for 16 yards and a score for the Bills (5-9), who snapped a two-game skid. Fred Jackson added 17 carries for 80 yards and C.J. Spiller rushed 13 times for 67 yards.

With 9:35 left in the game the Jaguars gained possession and the opportunity to tie the game. Henne, with the help of a couple penalties, brought Jacksonville to the Bills' 5-yard line. On 3rd-and-5 Henne targeted Todman but Stephon Gilmore intercepted the ball in the back of the end zone to put the game away.

To close out the third quarter Manuel was sacked by Winston Guy, which caused a fumble that Sen'Derrick Marks recovered for the Jaguars with just over a minute remaining in the third.

As the fourth quarter began Jacksonville continued the drive and took the ball 55 yards on seven plays. Lewis ended the drive by running a screen pass in for a 13-yard game-tying touchdown, 20-20.

On the ensuing drive the Bills answered right back with a scoring drive of their own. After bringing the ball 80 yards on nine plays Manuel found Summers for a 1-yard score to take the lead, 27-20.

"I'm very proud of this team obviously, this was a battle well fought by two teams. We've been in these type of games throughout the year and have come up on the short side of it and I give the players credit for hanging in there today because today we came up on the side we want to be on." said Bills head coach Doug Marrone.

The second half began with empty drives until Josh Scobee booted through a 55- yard field goal with 4:43 left in the third to bring the Jaguars within seven, 20-13. Todman highlighted the drive with a 33-yard run to bring the Jaguars into Buffalo territory.

On the third play of game Henne had a pass picked off by Aaron Williams, which led to Dan Carpenter knocking through a 42-yarder.

"There's too many opportunities, turnovers obviously, but we're down there in the red zone and had a fumble, interception at the end there but we hurt ourselves. You got to give them credit they did a good job on defense and they held it on offense." said Henne.

After a three-and-out by the Jaguars, Geno Hayes intercepted a pass intended for Spiller on the seventh play of the Bills' ensuing drive. That turnover led to a Scobee 32-yard field goal.

Buffalo started its next drive on its own 14-yard line. After traveling nine plays for 50 yards Carpenter missed a 54-yard field goal attempt wide right, which left the score tied 3-3 at the end of the first quarter.

The Jaguars were mid-drive when the first quarter ended. They opened the second when Henne found Ace Sanders for a 12-yard touchdown pass to end the 10-play, 56-yard drive.

With 11:12 left in the first half Buffalo started a drive that took them 94 yards in nine plays. Manuel tied the game, 10-10, with a 7-yard touchdown completion to Woods.

The Bills held Jacksonville to another three-and-out before they took over on their own 28-yard line. Eight plays later Manuel scrambled eight yards for a Buffalo score.

Jacksonville started its next drive at their own 10-yard line with 2:14 left in the half. A 28-yard completion to Clay Harbor put the Jaguars in Buffalo territory.

On the next play Henne completed a pass to Mike Brown. Nickell Robey hit Brown and forced a fumble after the catch, which Robey then recovered himself. After video review the ruling on the field was upheld.

Buffalo took possession with 26 seconds left in the half and gained 39 yards on three plays to get Carpenter in range for a 40-yard field goal, which made the score 20-10 Bills heading into the locker room.
