NFL Note - Green Bay Packers Dupre, *Malachi

Aug 12, 2017 - 7:38 AM Rookie WR Malachi Dupre suffered a concussion and left the game on a stretcher after he was leveled by Eagles safety Tre Sullivan. Green Bay third-year cornerback Damarious Randall also left with a concussion, but both players were back with the team Friday.

"Malachi Dupre and actually Damarious Randall both were here today, good spirits, both doing good and they're both in the concussion protocol," Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Friday.

McCarthy turned tapes of both hits into the NFL, and the league will now determine if the blows were illegal.

"There's emphasis each and every year about how can we make the league better," McCarthy said. "Obviously player safety is at the forefront of that, and when you see things like those two hits last night, they're definitely of concern in the area of player safety. You don't want to see your players ever get injured, specifically if it's not within the climate of what the league's looking for as far as the proper way to block or so forth."
