Aug 17, 2017 - 2:10 AM CB Delvin Breaux sustained a fracture in his fibula that was originally diagnosed as a bruise. Breaux will require surgery and is expected to be sidelined up to six weeks. The misdiagnosis resulting in the firing of two team orthopedists.Breaux saw his 2016 season derailed by a broken fibula in Week 1. The 27-year-old wound up playing just six games because of leg and shoulder injuries and finished with 21 tackles.
