NFL Note - San Francisco 49ers Ward, Jimmie
Aug 24, 2017 - 8:17 AM FS Jimmie Ward was activated off the physically unable to perform list, the 49ers announced Wednesday. Ward has been sidelined since sustaining a hamstring injury during the team's conditioning test on the first day of training camp. Ward recorded 53 tackles, two forced fumbles and 1.0 sack in 11 games last season. The 26-year-old has collected 130 tackles, two interceptions and 2.0 sacks in 35 career contests since being selected with the 30th overall pick by San Francisco in the 2014 draft.No one has shouted yet.
