Rams' Joyner, Sims leave with injuries

Sep 21, 2017 - 7:49 PM NEW YORK -- Los Angeles Rams cornerback Lamarcus Joyner and defensive end Eugene Sims each left with injuries in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.

Joyner, who was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report due to a back injury, hurt his ankle with 3:27 left in the period when he fell to all fours after a play deep in Jets territory. Trainers tended to Joyner, who eventually got up and walked off the field slowly without any assistance. The Rams announced his return as questionable.

The Rams said Sims was being evaluated for a concussion.
