Falcons RT Schraeder out vs. Lions
Sep 22, 2017 - 7:24 PM Atlanta Falcons right tackle Ryan Schraeder has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions due to a concussion.Schrader suffered the injury during last Sunday's victory over the Green Bay Packers.
Recently acquired Ty Sambrailo will start in his place. Sambrailo, who was formerly with the Denver Broncos, will make his eighth career start.
Falcons coach Dan Quinn is hopeful Schraeder will be available for the Week 4 game against the Buffalo Bills.
Players previously ruled out for the Falcons include linebacker Vic Beasley (hamstring) and defensive lineman Courtney Upshaw (ankle).
Running back Terron Ward (neck, shoulder) also was declared out.
