Sep 26, 2017 - 9:53 AM DB Rayshawn Jenkins showed his rookie stripes and got a tongue-lashing from head coach Anthony Lynn after the Chargers stopped the Chiefs -- only to have Jenkins draw a roughing-the-kicker call. Jenkins is trying to make his mark on special teams, but got a bad penalty on that play.No one has shouted yet.
