Dec 12, 2017 - 8:10 AM WR John Ross, the ninth overall pick in this year's draft, has been inactive for nine of 12 games and was placed on Injured Reserve for a shoulder injury.A report from Pro Football Talk on Monday cited multiple sources that the Bengals considered giving Ross a shot at cornerback, a position he was playing at the University of Washington when the Bengals began scouting him.
