NFL Note - Miami Dolphins Tannehill, Ryan

Jan 4, 2018 - 6:43 AM QB Ryan Tannehill will definitely be back as the starter next season, according to coach Adam Gase.

But ase said some interesting things about the knee injuries Tannehill sustained late in the 2016 season and the one in 2017 training camp.

"I don't look at it as two injuries," Gase said. "I look at it as he had the knee, we were advised and so he WAS to handle it a certain way and it didn't work out so that's kind of the part of the business that's tough, where we went with an advice that we all felt like was good for us and it didn't work out.

"Now next year, we get him back and he'll probably be stronger than he's ever been."
