Brady seeks to continue success against NFC

This season, he has guided the Patriots to wins over Minnesota, Green Bay and Chicago.Detroit is 0-5 on the road and 1-7 against the NFC this season.Brady has led the Patriots to three Super Bowl titles in hiscareer, compiling a 76-23 overall record.Last week, the Patriots relied on their defense in a 17-13victory over Chicago. Cornerback Asante Samuel had threeinterceptions for New England, which forced four turnovers.Brady completed 23-of-33 passes for 269 yards and a touchdownwith two interceptions. His two-yard TD pass to tight endBenjamin Watson with 8:22 remaining snapped a 10-10 tie.The Patriots, who are just 3-3 at home, have a two-game leadover the New York Jets in the AFC East.It has been another disastrous campaign for the Lions, whoalready have clinched their sixth straight losing season. Theyhave reached double digits in losses in each of the last fiveseasons.On Thanksgiving, the Lions endured a 27-10 loss to Miami.Detroit failed to protect Jon Kitna, who was sacked eight times.No one has shouted yet.
