EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (Ticker) -- The New Jersey Devils' offense was hot in Game One. They're hoping for more of the same in Game Two.

The Devils look to match their five-goal output from Game One when they host the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game Two of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals on Saturday.

New Jersey entered the playoffs with just 216 goals, the lowest among all playoff teams, but had little trouble solving Tampa Bay goaltender Johan Holmqvist. The first-year starter allowed the five goals on just 24 shots in Game One after surrendering just four combined in three starts against the Devils in the regular season.

New Jersey has historically been a team that wins with defense and the stellar goaltending of Vezina Trophy winner Martin Brodeur. However, Zach Parise notched two tallies - including the game-winner - Thursday night as New Jersey claimed a 5-3 win.

Maurice Richard Trophy winner Vincent Lecavalier scored two goals, and second-leading scorer Martin St. Louis added another for Tampa Bay.

The Devils have won nine playoff series in a row when they have taken the first game.
