Panthers look to equal season-high winning streak

SUNRISE, Florida (Ticker) - The Florida Panthers will look to equal a season-high four-game winning streak on Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The Panthers have won their last two games by one goal, including a 5-4 victory over Carolina on Thursday. Captain Olli Jokinen leads Florida with 18 goals and 39 points and has seven goals and five assists in his last 10 games.

Tomas Vokoun missed the last game against Toronto with a sprained ankle and is 2-1-0 with a 2.34 goals-against average in the streak. Vokoun is 2-1-0 with a 2.01 GAA in his career against the Maple Leafs.

The Panthers have won two of the last 10 games with the Maple Leafs, who have lost three straight overall. Vesa Toskala, in his first season with Toronto after being acquired on draft day from San Jose, is 12-11-4 with a 2.69 GAA.

Mats Sundin continues as the Maple Leafs leading scorer with 16 goals and 40 points, but is scoreless in the recent three-game slide. Sundin has 42 points in 46 career games against the Panthers.
