Coyotes sign F Duclair to one-year contract
Sep 4, 2017 - 1:43 AM The Arizona Coyotes signed forward Anthony Duclair to a one-year contract on Sunday.As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed, but it was reported to be a one-year, $1.2 million deal.
"We are very pleased to sign Anthony to a new contract," Coyotes general manager John Chayka said. "Anthony is a highly skilled forward with great speed and scoring ability. We are confident that he can be an impact player for our team and look forward to having him in our lineup this season."
The 22-year-old Duclair registered five goals and 10 assists in 58 games with the Coyotes and collected one goal and seven assists in 16 games with Tucson of the American Hockey League last season. Duclair has 20 goals and 24 assists with the Coyotes the previous season.
Duclair was originally drafted by the New York Rangers in the third round in 2013.
