Blues looking to end seven-game skid vs. Maple Leafs

TORONTO (Ticker) - The St. Louis Blues hope four days off from the All-Star break will help them get back on track.

Manny Legace, the losing goaltender in Sunday's midseason gala, will try to reverse his team's recent fortunes and help the Blues snap a seven-game losing streak when they visit the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday.

Legace, who surrendered three goals - including the game-winner with 21 seconds left - in his 20 minutes Sunday, is 17-13-4 with a 2.28 goals-against average and three shutouts this season.

Legace, however, has not registered a win since January 10. He also has posted just five victories on the road this season.

Despite the team's struggles, Brad Boyes has not slowed down. Boyes, who leads the club with 29 goals this season, has scored in all but one of the contests during the Blues' slide.

Mats Sundin leads the Maple Leafs with 21 goals and 54 points, but the Swedish center has just one goal in his previous nine games.

Toronto has lost seven of its last 11 contests.
