Drury, Rangers go for fourth straight win

NEW YORK (Ticker) -- The New York Rangers are starting to heat up, but they will need to keep it going against the league's worst team to keep pace in the ultra-competitive Atlantic Division.

Chris Drury will try to lead the Rangers to their fourth consecutive victory on Tuesday when they host the Los Angeles Kings.

Drury set up the momentum-turning goal and then notched the game-winner as New York overcame a three-goal deficit to defeat the Montreal Canadiens, 5-3, on Sunday.

The 31-year-old Drury, who scored two tallies and registered his 500th career point in Friday's 3-1 triumph over the New Jersey Devils, has 15 goals and 36 points this season.

The Kings, who still own the NHL's worst record, are in the middle of their longest road trip of the season. It's the fourth stop on their eight-game swing.

Los Angeles is coming off a 6-3 loss to the Devils on Saturday.

Goaltender Jason LaBarbera has started 15 consecutive games for the Kings, who are 1-1-1 over their current trip.
