NHL Note - St. Louis Blues Schwartz, Jaden
Dec 11, 2017 - 8:16 AM F Jaden Schwartz was placed on injured reserve with a right ankle injury and he will be re-evaluated in six weeks, the Blues announced Sunday. Schwartz, 25, sustained the injury when he blocked a shot in the Blues' 6-1 win over the Red Wings on Saturday in Detroit. He had to be helped off the ice after suffering the injury, which occurred late in the first period, and was not able to put any pressure on his right leg. Before having to leave the game, he scored his 14th goal of the season. Schwartz shares ninth in the NHL overall with 35 points, including 21 assists, and ranks second with a plus-23 rating through 30 games this season.No one has shouted yet.
