NHL Note - Anaheim Ducks Perry, Corey

Dec 13, 2017 - 9:31 AM F Corey Perry is nursing a lower-body injury and is considered week-to-week, Anaheim Ducks coach Randy Carlyle announced. Perry was injured after his knee collided with Carolina Hurricanes forward Jeff Skinner during the first period of the Ducks' 3-2 win on Monday. The former Hart Trophy winner remained on the ice for several moments before slowly skating to the bench. The 32-year-old Perry was then transported to a local hospital in the Anaheim area, Carlyle said. Perry has collected six goals and 16 assists in 31 games this season. A 50-goal scorer in 2010-11, Perry has netted 355 goals and set up 384 others in 917 career games since being selected by Anaheim with the 28th overall pick of the 2003 draft.
