NHL Note - Anaheim Ducks Perry, Corey
Dec 13, 2017 - 9:31 AM F Corey Perry is nursing a lower-body injury and is considered week-to-week, Anaheim Ducks coach Randy Carlyle announced. Perry was injured after his knee collided with Carolina Hurricanes forward Jeff Skinner during the first period of the Ducks' 3-2 win on Monday. The former Hart Trophy winner remained on the ice for several moments before slowly skating to the bench. The 32-year-old Perry was then transported to a local hospital in the Anaheim area, Carlyle said. Perry has collected six goals and 16 assists in 31 games this season. A 50-goal scorer in 2010-11, Perry has netted 355 goals and set up 384 others in 917 career games since being selected by Anaheim with the 28th overall pick of the 2003 draft. No one has shouted yet.
